6     hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
3     tablespoon mayonnaise
1     purple onion, finely chopped
8     oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3  cup sour cream
3-4  jars black caviar

Hard boil the eggs and immediately peel and chop (while still warm).  Use a fork to mash them until very little white is still visible.  Mix the eggs with the mayo.  Spread in greased dish.  Sprinkle the onion on top.  Mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.  Spread on top of onions.  Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 to 12 hours.

Before serving drain the caviar and spread on top.
