2  package Italian sausage links, hot, mild or both.  I use hot!
1  pound of red grapes
A high end aged balsamic vinegar with thickness to it
Olive oil

Place Italian sausages in casserole dish tossing lightly with olive oil. Cover with grapes and drizzle balsamic vinegar over the grapes. Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes.
