Since our inception in April of 2005, The Women Who Wine of Texas has raised over $36,000 for various charities. Our goal is to match that amount in 2010.
We have held two major fundraisers. The first was a fashion show event in 2006, which rose over $12,000. The second was a celebrity auction in 2008, which rose over $22,000. Our next big event will be held in March of 2010.
We also participate in an annual Christmas market as well as donating wine baskets thoughout the year for silent auction items to benefit various local charities.
