1 pound bag of bow tie or penne pasta
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes and cayenne to taste
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 package Italian dressing mix
1 large jar marinated artichokes (chopped)
1 can artichoke hearts (chopped)
2 small cans black olives
1/2 jar salad green olives
1 jar capers (optional)
Mayo to bind (don't even think about low fat)
LOTS OF SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
Boil pasta in water with red pepper flakes. Saute chicken breast with lots of garlic, Tony's and olive oil. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix remaining ingredients together using mayo to bind. Serve hot or cold.
